Information and purposes

Our contact form receives your name, email address and message, including information you choose to include. Providing these details is voluntary, but they are needed to use the form and receive a reply. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information.

Website infrastructure processes technical information such as IP addresses, browser and request information, error records and security signals to deliver the website, diagnose faults and prevent spam or abuse.

We use enquiry data to respond and administer the conversation. Our legal bases are our legitimate interests in handling enquiries and operating a reliable, secure company website. Where your enquiry requests steps before entering a contract, we process the necessary information to take those steps at your request. Applicable legal obligations may require retaining particular records.

Providers and external requests

Hosting and email services support website delivery and correspondence. We use Resend to deliver contact-form messages. Cloudflare provides network and security services, including Turnstile anti-bot checks. These services process information needed for their functions.

We load Google Fonts from Google's servers to display website typography. Your browser therefore makes requests to Google, which receives technical information including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy. Providers may also process operational or security information under their own notices.

Retention and international processing

Retention depends on the time needed to handle an enquiry, maintain relevant correspondence, investigate security issues and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal-claim requirements.

Providers operate internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. The published Resend and Cloudflare data-processing terms describe safeguards, including EU standard contractual clauses where applicable. The mechanism depends on the provider, processing role and applicable terms. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.

Your rights and questions

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing. Contact us using the address above. You may also complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority.
